Several months ago, smugglers scaled a 14-foot wall at the New Mexico border and dropped three- and five-year-old little girls over the wall. Luckily, there was a night-time camera that revealed this and the girls were rescued. Also, a Texas farmer found five small girls under the age of seven all alone on his ranch. No one else in sight. They, too, were rescued. In April, a New Mexico highway patrolman stopped a suspected drug trafficker only to be shot down in cold blood. Fortunately, the New Mexico highway patrol chased down the drug smuggler, forced him off the road and there was a shootout during which the smuggler was gunned down.
These problems are all too common as a result of the open borders and no thanks to the Democrats who stopped construction of the border wall and other steps to curb illegals entering the Southern border. It’s obvious that the construction was stopped so as not to give former President Trump any credit for securing the American border. This selfish, sanctimonious and arrogant act puts so many Americans, as well as migrants, in harm’s way. Additionally, female migrants are susceptible to sex trafficking. The half a million illegals allowed into our country since January will needlessly crowd our hospitals, charities, schools and we taxpayers must foot the bill.
Hollywood is never silent when there is a crisis, so why don’t we hear from them now? Drugs are flowing into the country due to the drug cartels and our open borders. We have lost so many people as a result of drug overdoses. According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection statistics, coming across the border are heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and much more.
Two years ago, Captain Lee of the reality show “Below Deck” lost a son to a drug overdose. Hollywood has lost so many talented, beautiful actors and actresses due to drugs: Heath Ledger, John Belushi, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Whitney Houston, Prince, River Phoenix, Robert Pastorelli, Tom Petty, Chris Farley, Cory Monteith, Dana Plato, George Michael and more. Hey, Hollywood, when will you help your own and demand a secure border from the drug cartels?
