A Norcross woman is being held in the Cobb County jail without bond after allegedly threatening to kill a Cobb magistrate judge.
According to a warrant, 29-year-old Nikki Flukers was being escorted out of a courtroom when Judge Kellie Stevens Hill told her she would have to complete parenting classes.
Officers said Flukers responded by saying “I’m going to get a gun and shoot you for telling me how to raise my kid.”
Flukers was arrested last month and charged with punching a minor child in the chest four times during an argument, and with kicking, punching and choking two adults who tried to stop her from attacking the boy, a previous warrant shows.
She was also charged with aggravated assault in 2017 after allegedly hitting a man with a candle holder, chasing him with knives, dousing him in alcohol and trying to light him on fire.
She now faces charges of making terroristic threats following the alleged courtroom incident.
