A Marietta teen has been indicted on charges that he dragged a 14-year-old girl into a South Cobb High School copy room and molested her, warrants show.

Curtis Patrick Bell was arrested in late March following an alleged March 29 incident within the Austell school at about 9:30 a.m. Bell allegedly grabbed the girl by her arm as she walked through the hallway, pulled her into the room and forced her up against a wall, the warrant says.

He is charged with aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

A Cobb County School District spokesman previously said the district took action in addition to criminal charges.

Bell was not in the custody of the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday after being released in late March on a $25,000 bond, jail records previously showed.

A hearing date in Cobb Superior Court has yet to be scheduled, according to court records accessed Tuesday.
