KENNESAW — Living Hope Church invites the north metro Atlanta community to view the works of featured artist Sherri Richards of Chamblee. Many of her drawings will be on display on Living Hope’s campus throughout the month of April.
To see her impressionistic and romantic artwork, the community is welcome during church hours to take advantage of free parking and admission. Since 2016, Living Hope has supported the art community by featuring local artists.
Richards received her degree in Fine Art from Georgia State University and has been painting, drawing and printmaking in the Atlanta area ever since. Though her favorite art movements are impressionism and romantic, she has also dabbled in abstract. She focuses on women as her subjects, but has done paintings of animals and birds of many different kinds as well.
Viewers and collectors have described her work as friendly, peaceful, spiritual, calming and memorable.
All proceeds go to benefit the Worship & Arts program at Living Hope Church. For more information or to submit artwork for display, visit livinghopega.com and Living Hope’s Facebook page or contact Ian Maphet at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The featured artwork will be displayed on the Living Hope campus at 3450 Stilesboro Road in Kennesaw.
