An 18-year-old Kennesaw Mountain High School student was arrested Friday after police said he slashed another student’s wrist with a box cutter in the school bathroom.
According to an arrest warrant, Addison Bram Johnson, of Kennesaw, got into a fight with a juvenile victim in the bathroom before punching the victim in the head and cutting the victim’s wrist using a box cutter with a 5-inch razor blade on the afternoon of Dec. 19.
Police said Johnson threw the box cutter into a bathroom stall, ran from the school and did not return.
According to a booking report from the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, Johnson was arrested at the Kennesaw mobile home community listed as his home address at 8 p.m. Friday, two days after the alleged attack.
The sheriff’s office lists Johnson as free on $19,470 bond. He is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony possession of a weapon on school grounds and simple assault, a misdemeanor.
