Cobb County School District has 349 cases of the coronavirus across 11 of its elementary schools, the district reported Friday.

Cases were reported at Acworth, Bullard, Chalker, Frey, Hollydale, Mableton, Milford, Rocky Mount, Sanders, Still and Varner elementary schools. The district did not give specific numbers, only that there were fewer than 10 cases at the affected schools.

Marietta City Schools reported Friday there are seven active COVID-19 cases, two students and five staff, at five locations:

♦ A.L. Burruss Elementary School: one student

♦ Dunleith Elementary School: one staff

♦ Lockheed Elementary School had one staff

♦ Sawyer Road Elementary School: one staff

♦ Marietta High School: one student and one staff

♦ MCS central office: one staff
