Chef Nick Panter has been promoted to the position of executive chef at the Cobb Galleria Centre and Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, according to a news release. As a member of the culinary team since 2015, Panter has been the chef de cuisine, the sous chef and the executive sous chef. As the new executive Chef, he will supervise the entire kitchen and stewarding operation at both venues.
Panter gains inspiration from Southeast Asian cuisine from his roots in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Moving forward, he plans to increase the use of sustainable sourcing while also expanding the network of local vendors, according to a news release. Panter hopes to provide each guest with a special dining experience.
