South Paulding’s baseball program earned GHSA Class AAAAAA Region 5 honors recently from the Georgia Dugout Club. From left, Tyler Clayton was named Region Pitcher of the Year, Jay Sneddon was named Region Coach of the Year, and Bret Adkins was named Region Player of the Year.

The Georgia Dugout Club recently named some Paulding County School District student-athletes to All-Region baseball teams for 2019.

According to the school district, Paulding players named to the teams included:

Region 3-7A

First Team

• Tyler Roon, North Paulding
