Happy Thanksgiving

The City of East Point will be hosting their eighth annual Turkey Drive on Saturday, Nov. 20 at 10 a.m., while supplies last, at the Jefferson Park Recreation Center.

The Turkey Drive is a drive-thru event on a first come, first serve basis.

One free turkey will be given per household with meal bags.

To receive a turkey, you must be an East Point resident and provide ID.

In addition to the turkey drive being held at East Point’s Recreation Center, Councilmembers Nanette Saucier and Stephanie Gordon are also hosting the 2021 East Point Wards C & D Turkey & Mask Giveaway on Saturday, Nov. 20 at the East Point Police Substation, located at 3100 Washington Road from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

One free turkey per household will be given with fresh produce while supplies last.

To receive a turkey, you must be an East Point Resident and ID is required.
