The City of East Point Public Art Division and Challenge the Stats are going to host, “Art in Motion” on Saturday, Oct. 23, at East Point City Hall (2757 East Point Street) from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., featuring performances from Ballethnic Dance Company and Okorie Johnson.

Drawing inspiration from African sculpture and painting, “Art in Motion,” features an unforgettable artistic collaboration with music from Okorie “OkCello” Johnson and dance by Ballethnic Dance Company.

This event is co-presented by the City of East Point and Challenge the Stats in residence at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta. If you cannot attend, but still want to see the event, you will be able to live stream the event on East Point’s Facebook page.

Admission is free, but you must register by visiting

Bring a lawn chair and friends for an evening of art and celebration at East Point City Hall for the event.
