Heaven Café in Locust Grove will roll out a new brand in the first quarter of 2019.

According to a news release, its rebranding will enhance the dining experience with the new name of Southern Fusion Dining, a refreshed look and new additions to the menu.

The owner and executive chef is Paul Lewis, formerly of The Pecan restaurant in College Park.

He has been featured on the Food Network and Atlanta Eats, the release stated, and appeared in many culinary magazines.

The release stated Lewis will focus on a modern atmosphere with a fresh concept that can improve the customer’s experience.

The restaurant is at 656 Peeksville Road, Locust Grove.

It is open for breakfast and lunch from Wednesday through Sunday, serves dinner on Thursday and Friday and brunch on Sunday.
