Delta Community Credit Union recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of its Mount Zion Branch.

Employees marked the occasion along with civic partners, members and credit union leaders.

“When this branch opened in 2006, Delta Community had 162,000 members. Today, we serve more than 342,000 members, including nearly 50,000 who live in Henry and Clayton counties,” CEO Hank Halter said in a statement. “We are proud to celebrate this significant milestone, as well as our team of dedicated professionals at this branch, and we look forward to an exciting future of continued growth and service to communities in and around Henry County.”

In addition to serving its members, in 2016 the company will invest more than $17,000 in Henry County communities in the form of charitable donations, corporate sponsorships and student support.

Additionally, the credit union’s employees will volunteer at area chambers of commerce, schools and organizations that share its mission of supporting physical and financial health.
