The Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections is reminding voters to confirm what their assigned polling place is before casting ballots in the county's two special elections March 19: the Atlanta City Council District 3 seat and the Hapeville City Council's alderman at-large post. Residents must vote at their assigned poll on Election Day as required by state law. Election Day polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

“We want to remind them to check the secretary of state’s (My Voter Page) to verify their polling place before heading to their poll for Tuesday’s election,” Richard L. Barron, the department's director, said in a news release.

Early voting for both special elections ends March 15 at 5 p.m.
