Three local companies — Sandy Springs-based Northside Hospital, Brookhaven-based Insight Global and Midtown-based SalesLoft — are among the seven in Georgia honored late last month by the workplace culture and compensation monitoring site Comparably.
In the Best Company Outlook for 2019 category, Insight Global and Northside were ranked Nos. 4 and 17, respectively, for top large companies (more than 500 employees), and SalesLoft was rated No. 9 for small and mid-sized companies (less than 500 workers). They join southeast Cobb County-based The Home Depot, Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines, Columbus-based Aflac and Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A (Nos. 21, 29, 33 and 38, respectively, for top large companies) as the Georgia businesses honored.
“Northside strongly believes in creating an environment where our employees are empowered, appreciated and supported so they can provide the best health care to our patients,” Northside President and CEO Bob Quattrocchi said in a news release. “That we rank among such highly respected companies across all industries is no surprise to me; I am honored by and proud of the work that we do.”
Comparably’s annual Best lists showcase companies that receive the highest ratings on Comparably.com throughout the year based on anonymous feedback from employees about work environment, compensation, leadership and more.
Winners of Best Outlook were determined based on a combination of scores measured by responses to questions such as: How confident are you about the future success of your company? Are you typically excited about going to work each day? How likely are you to recommend working at your company to a friend?
This is the third award Northside has received from Comparably in recent months. The hospital previously was recognized with awards for Company Culture and Company for Women.
In separate news releases, Insight Global CEO Bert Bean and SalesLoft President and COO Rob Forman said they’re proud of the companies’ awards.
“We are really fired up about what we’re doing as a company right now and the direction we’re going,” Bean said. “As we continue to focus on our people first by making them the best versions of themselves, we will be better positioned to take care of our contractors and provide unmatched customer service to our clients.”
Said Forman, “When my co-founder Kyle Porter and I founded SalesLoft, we made a commitment to prioritizing shared values and organizational health. Our focus is on creating an environment where people can learn more, do more and become more.”
