Three Dog Night

Three Dog Night performs at a previous concert.

After performing at the Chastain Park Conservancy’s Rock Chastain concert fundraiser in Buckhead in 2017, Three Dog Night is returning to metro Atlanta.

City Springs today announced the legendary band is coming to the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center April 5. Celebrating nearly five decades, Three Dog Night claims some of the most astonishing statistics in popular music. From 1969 through 1974, no other group achieved more top 10 hits, moved more records or sold more concert tickets than Three Dog Night.

Its hits wind through the fabric of pop culture today, whether on the radio where they are heard day in and day out, in TV commercials, or in major motion pictures. Songs like “Mama Told Me (Not To Come),” “Joy to the World,” “Black and White,” “Shambala” and “One” serve to heighten our emotions and crystallize Three Dog Night’s continuing popularity.

Tickets go on sale Friday at noon and cost $49.75, $69.75 and $79.75. They can be purchased at by visiting www.citysprings.com, calling 770-206-2022 or going to the box office (located at 1 Galambos Way).
