A Night At The Oscars flyer

A red carpet will be lining the way for attendees at The Springs Cinema & Taphouse’s fun-filled Night At The Oscars viewing party.

The event, which is set for Feb. 24 at 7 p.m., will benefit the AFLAC Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. This Academy Awards viewing party will be one of the first major events to be held at the newly designed and renovated Springs Cinema, located at 5920 Roswell Road, Suite C-103 in Sandy Springs.

Event attendees will have the opportunity to interact with several local Atlanta filmmakers and industry designers, as well as win a variety of fabulous prizes during the commercial breaks of the telecast. The event will be held in The Springs’ largest auditorium, where guests can watch the celebrity-filled show as they relax in Georgia’s only luxury heated recliners.

There will be a $20 donation per person, and admission includes food, drinks and a raffle ticket. To purchase tickets, visit http://bit.ly/TheSpringsOscars2019.

As the theater was designed to be an exciting new neighborhood destination, several Sandy Springs restaurants will also be participating in this fundraiser by serving food at the event, including il Giallo Osteria & Bar, Mod Pizza, Tin Drum Asian Kitchen and Zoe’s Kitchen.

The Academy Awards party will be the first of many film industry events at the theater, as The Springs already has a lineup of screenings, film premieres and cast parties booked in this new space in the coming months.
