Special events tied to movie classics such as “Mary Poppins” and “The Wizard of Oz,” which is celebrating its 80th anniversary, highlight the Fox Theatre’s 2019 Coca-Cola Summer Film Festival.

The annual event at the Midtown venue will kick off with a screening of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” complete with a singalong, for the film’s 30th anniversary. The festival will have early and evening shows including “Saturday Morning Cartoons,” “To Kill a Mockingbird” and “The Princess Bride.”

General admission discounted tickets for these films are on sale for $8 through June 30 and will go up to $10 afterward. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets at the door for $12. Tickets to the singalong film screenings are $15 in advance and $20 on the show date. “Saturday Morning Cartoons” tickets are $5 now through the show date.

Single-event access to the Marquee Club presented by Lexus will also be available for purchase for select films for $40 per person. Marquee Club access will include private entry, locally sourced food from film-inspired menus, meet-and-greet opportunities with movie characters, adult- and kid-friendly movie-themed beverages, rooftop access, private bars and restrooms and more.

All festival dates, except for “Saturday Morning Cartoons,” will have a 60-minute movie tour that starts two hours prior to each film and costs $20 per person.

As in previous years, the festival will showcase films on its 26-by-56-foot screen. Patrons will enjoy movies under the Fox’s distinctive blue sky with twinkling stars and fluffy clouds. For select showings, guests will have the opportunity to attend a magical pre-show experience, which will include a singalong with a vintage cartoon and performances on the Mighty Mo organ.

The schedule is as follows:

July 14 at 2 p.m.: Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” singalong

July 14 at 6:30 p.m.: “To Kill a Mockingbird”

July 21 at 2 p.m.: “Mary Poppins” singalong
