The Residences at Waldorf Astoria, Atlanta April 2 announced the Engel & Völkers Atlanta team will lead and execute sales and marketing for the remaining luxury condominiums. The luxury residential brokerage firm, led by president and CEO Christa Huffstickler, will handle the sales and marketing of the residences with experienced high-end condo agent Ben Harris as the listing advisor. The Residences at Waldorf Astoria, Atlanta is located above the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in the heart of Buckhead and was formerly known as The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta.
“The Waldorf Astoria Residences has long been a desired location among some of Atlanta’s most elite buyer demographic who are searching for a luxury lifestyle and five-star service,” Huffstickler said in a news release. “With the condominium’s successful rebrand to the prestigious Waldorf Astoria brand last year, there is an added level of sophistication that resonates with our affluent buyers and offers them the exquisite experience they seek. We’re excited to take over the sales of these iconic high-rise condo residences and for the opportunity to bring our targeted, next-generation marketing capabilities to the project.”
The condos feature full-floor and half-floor tower homes. The tower homes are uniquely outfitted in a range of esteemed features including private terraces that deliver stunning views of the Atlanta cityscape, built-in gas fireplaces, custom kitchen and baths wrapped in marble and quartz, in-unit wet bars and wide-plank wood flooring. Several residences offer lofty 11-foot ceiling heights that extend the overall space.
They also feature the Maisonette Residences. The Maisonettes are unique, garden-level homes with private garages and expansive front yards located within the courtyard. Only one Maisonette is available, and tours will start this spring.
Located at 3375 Peachtree Road, the luxury residences provide elegant living spaces, luxurious amenities and access to The Waldorf Astoria’s legendary service to assist in the curation of a luxury lifestyle. Each resident has access to the hotel’s five-star offerings including access to the 24-hour full-service concierge and security team, a private building entrance, lobby and parking area as well as exclusive discounted rates for spa treatments and unlimited access to the spa amenities.
This is the third name for the property. It opened as The Mansion on Peachtree before later becoming the Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta.
