For some north Fulton families, the first sure sign of fall is a sea of pumpkins in the parking lot of Bridge to Grace church on Holcomb Bridge Road.
The popular annual pumpkin patch opened Oct. 3. This year the patch features a children’s maze along with a seasonal backdrop that makes a good place for taking family photos.
An arts and crafts festival will add to the fun this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Fall décor, quilts, candles, clothing, greeting cards and matted Bible pages are just some of the offerings that shoppers can peruse.
“Families like the idea that proceeds from the purchase of their pumpkins go to causes that help others in the local area. This year the patch will celebrate its 10th year in the community,” a news release said.
The patch will be open through Halloween.
Hours are Sunday through Friday from noon to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The church is at 2385 Holcomb Bridge Road.
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
