A Rome man remained in jail Tuesday morning on a $10,100 on felony drug charges after police say he had marijuana brownies for sale, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jonathan Micah Chapman, 23, was arrested Monday on Silver Street with brownies mixed with an amount of marijuana in a backpack labeled for sale.
Chapman is charged with felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and felony possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute.
