Lovett graduate Dan Regenstein in the past year hit not one but two holes in one on the golf course. The first one came in July 2018 on the sixth hole at the Capital City Club’s Brookhaven course, and the second came in June on the 13th hole at its Crabapple course. For the latest ace, Regenstein’s playing partners – Andrew Alias, William Brakebill and John Thornton – witnessed the shot. Regenstein, an Inman Park resident, took up golf only four years ago. “I’d rather be lucky than good,” he jokingly said.
