Leadership Sandy Springs, a nonprofit that develops, educates and connects individuals to lead and bring value to the community, officially introduced the 36-member class of 2019 to the organization’s alumni at its recent annual kickoff fiesta at Heritage Sandy Springs. This celebratory event launches the start of each new class year, and this year, Sandy Springs resident Lars Minns, head of human resources for Mercedes-Benz USA, was the keynote speaker. Minns shared his story of being recruited to join Mercedes-Benz, and eight of his personal leadership touchstones.
