David J. LeValley, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Atlanta field office, is asking for the public’s help identifying the individuals responsible for eight business robberies in a little over two weeks in January.

The suspects have physically assaulted store employees, forced them to the ground, pointed weapons and fired them in the direction of employees.

Between Jan. 8 and 23, as many as three male suspects robbed the following businesses at locations across metro Atlanta:

o Jan. 8, the Family Dollar store located at 4960 Roosevelt Hwy. in Union City was robbed at gunpoint by three unidentified black males.

o Jan. 12, the Family Dollar store located at 3985 Flat Shoals Road in Union City was robbed at gunpoint by at least two males.

o Jan. 14, the Family Dollar store located at 1163 West Ave. in Conyers was robbed at gunpoint by two males.

o Jan. 18, the Waffle House restaurant located at 766 DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur was robbed at gunpoint by one male.

o Jan. 18, the Waffle House located at 4274 Lavista Road in Tucker was robbed at gunpoint by a lone male.

o Jan. 19, the Family Dollar store located at 4226 Washington Road in East Point was robbed at gunpoint by two males.

o Jan. 23, the CVS Pharmacy located at 5764 Peachtree Blvd. in Chamblee was robbed at gunpoint by three males.

o Jan. 23, the Walgreens located at 7530 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs was robbed at gunpoint by three males.

The suspects’ descriptions in all eight robberies are similar, including the clothes they were wearing. The first suspect is described as a black male wearing a black skull cap, a red scarf covering his face, a brown and plaid striped jacket and black pants. The second suspect is described as a black male wearing a black mask, a black hoodie with the words “Been Broke Before” and red sweatpants. The third suspect is described as a black male wearing a black fitted cap, a hoodie, gray pants with rips and black and white shoes.
