Cupid will help set the stage for the Emory University Winship Cancer Institute’s fifth annual Fashion a Cure fashion show and luncheon Feb. 14 at the St. Regis in Buckhead. The event will benefit cancer research at Winship, and an estimated 450 guests are expected to attend. It will feature fashions from local boutiques and designers, modeled by cancer survivors and loved ones of cancer survivors. An auction and raffle will complement the day’s activities. Barbara Dooley, the ‘first lady’ of Georgia football, will serve as emcee of the event. Fashion a Cure raises awareness and funds to advance research in cancers that affect women, raising over $545,000 since 2013.
