Dunwoody’s Perimeter Place got a dose of spirited fun with the opening of HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern recently. Husband and wife team Sean and Becky Yeremyan brought the third outpost of their popular restaurant, which already has locations in Midtown and Brookhaven, to 1221 Ashford Crossing. At HOBNOB Perimeter, guests can expect tavern fare with Southern flair, one of the most comprehensive bourbon lists in the Southeast and unconditional hospitality, said Sean Yeremyan.

“We are thrilled to bring our passion for people and service to the Dunwoody community,” he said. “HOBNOB is truly a neighborhood joint, we’re here to build relationships with our guests and provide a comfortable, communal spot they can always count on for friendly service and a quality meal.”

The new restaurant is serving dinner nightly and weekend brunch to start. A new catering menu will also be launched in the coming months to accommodate the lunch needs of area businesses.

At HOBNOB, popular menu items include gourmet burgers, southern classics like shrimp and grits, a wide variety of gluten-free options and more. Complementing the high-quality tavern fare is a craft beverage menu boasting one of the largest selections of bourbons in the Southeast along with an extensive selection of craft beer, wine, boozy and non-alcoholic milkshakes and signature hand-crafted cocktails. Guests can enjoy live music and daily specials throughout the week. Much of the restaurant’s menu is designed to pair well with the large bourbon and beer selection that HOBNOB offers.

When choosing Dunwoody as the next location to expand the business, Sean Yeremyan said the area’s density and customer profile of young professionals influenced his decision.

“Dunwoody has always been on our radar. There is a great mix of business and residents in this area and our success in Brookhaven dictated that we should continue into Dunwoody,” he said.

HOBNOB Perimeter is located at 1221 Ashford Crossing. The restaurant opens for dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily, with the bar area staying open late nightly. Weekend brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Lunch will be served weekdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning this week. Self-parking is available throughout the Perimeter Place complex. For more information and to see a full menu, visit www.hobnobatlanta.com.
