The Alzheimer’s Association’s Georgia chapter recently hosted its 10th annual Dancing Stars of Atlanta fundraiser at the Cobb Galleria Centre, where 12 local leaders were paired with professional dancers to raise money by gaining votes in a one-night gala dance competition. A Judges Choice Award was given to the best dancing pair and a People’s Choice Award was handed to the pair that raised the most money. The event brought in $866,000 for the association.
