James Rosich, an east Cobb resident who holds a masters in city planning from Georgia Tech and has served in various planning and development capacities during his career, addresses what he called the “stacking” of density in the proposed Traton Homes development on a nearly 7.5-acre property near the corner of Lower Roswell Road and the Loop.
