Paces Properties announced six tenants to Vinings Jubilee, 4300 Paces Ferry Road SE in the Vinings area.
The additions include lifestyle store Waiting on Martha Everyday, upscale barbershop Boardroom Salon for Men, full-service natural sugaring and wax salon Sweet Peach, popular group workout studio Orangetheory Fitness and two bake shops The Whimsy Cookie Company and Southern Baked Pie Company. Waiting on Martha Everyday is now open. With the success of Mandy Kellogg Rye’s first brick and mortar store at Vinings Jubilee, Waiting on Martha Home, the new 1,817-square-foot space features apparel, accessories and beauty.
Boardroom Salon for Men, which is now open, delivers a relaxed grooming experience for men with haircuts, shaves and spa services in a country club environment. Similar to a sophisticated men’s club, the 1,895-square-foot salon features dark wood paneling, a relaxing lounge with oversized leather chairs and a pool table.
Sweet Peach Wax & Sugaring Studio, which is now open, offers a full-service natural sugaring and wax salon that utilizes the ancient art of sugaring hair removal. Sweet Peach also offers all-natural spray tans and their own line of hand-made lotions, scrubs and bath products. Founded by Raquel Souza, Sweet Peach is consistently voted as the best of Atlanta in both regional and national publications. Orangetheory Fitness, opening in late summer, combines three aspects into one workout — science, coaching and technology.
The Whimsy Cookie Company, opening in the summer, is the company’s first location in Atlanta. The franchise is owned by Iris Ferrier. The bake shop also has locations in Memphis, Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas. Southern Baked Pie Company, opening in the summer, is a gourmet sweet and savory pie company that was founded in 2012 by female entrepreneur Amanda Wilbanks. It has been featured in Southern Living, Garden & Gun and O Magazine.
