United Community Mortgage Services, which has several locations in Cobb County, announced the addition of Kim Witte to its growing team in the Atlanta metro area.

Witte has 27 years of experience and is based out of the bank’s Cherokee Street location in Marietta. She was born and raised in Atlanta and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has experience with several types of residential mortgage financing, including FHA/VA loans, conventional loans and jumbo loans. She also specializes in mortgage counseling, ensuring that her clients thoroughly understand and receive the products that are most suitable for them.

Witte is involved with many animal rescue organizations, including Good Mews Animal Foundation and TenderHeart & Great Pyr Rescue.
