Cumberland-based Taylor English Duma LLP announced that partner Eric Fisher has been selected as a recipient of the 2019 Daniel R. Ginsberg Leadership Award by the Anti-Defamation League.

This award honors outstanding young professionals for their leadership in the fight against anti-Semitism, racism and all forms of prejudice. Honorees were celebrated at ADL’s National Leadership Summit on June 2-4 in Washington, D.C.

Fisher is an active member of ADL and serves as a co-chair of the Growth & Development Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a member of ADL’s Southeast Region Board of Trustees.

As a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice group, he represents individuals and companies in various litigation matters including contractual and partnership disputes, business torts, fiduciary duties, as well as insurance and employment disputes. He has successfully litigated cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings in California and Georgia.

He also serves as an adjunct professor of business law at Clayton State University and is a co-founder of the Atlanta Young Jewish Attorneys Network.

ADL is an anti-hate organization founded in 1913, in response to anti-Semitism and bigotry. The organization’s mission is to protect the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment for all.
