Cobb based-Delta Community Credit Union, Georgia’s largest credit union with more than $5.7 billion in assets, announced it will add a third retail branch in Henry County.

The free-standing branch building, located at 210 Jonesboro Road in McDonough, will be its 26th location in metro Atlanta and 29th overall. The full-service branch will open in the spring of 2019 and be located near the historic McDonough town square.

“Our new McDonough branch reflects our continued commitment to expansion in metro Atlanta and is ideally situated to help us better serve more than 54,000 Delta Community members living or working in Henry and Clayton Counties,” said Hank Halter, Delta Community CEO. “This location will allow us to provide additional convenience to members currently using our existing Stockbridge locations at Eagles Landing and Mt. Zion as well as welcome nearby residents as new members. Our employees are excited by the opportunity to extend the superior care and value Delta Community offers to others who want to make the most of their finances.”

After renovations, the location will house full-service teller operations, three drive-through lanes and two ATMs, as well as a complete team of financial professionals.
