Kelly Finch Borders, 43, of Powder Springs died on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at McEachern United Methodist Church in Powder Springs with Rev. Tommy Willingham and Rev. David Blackwood officiating. Mrs. Borders graduated from University of Rhode Island and received her Master’s degree at Piedmont College. She was an elementary school teacher for the Cobb County School Systems. Survivors include her husband of twelve years, Brian Borders of Powder Springs; two daughters, Kate Borders and Jane Borders of Powder Springs; parents, Dr. Richard A. Finch and Carole of Huntsville, Alabama; one sister, Karen Gannaway and her husband Bill of Decatur, Alabama; one brother, Richard A. Finch and his wife Kim of Germantown, Tennessee; three nieces and six nephews.
