Mr. Bill "Papa" Morris, age 81, of Powder Springs died Thursday May 13, 2010. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Powder Springs. Rev. Mike Woods officiating. Interment at Powder Springs Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Sunday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Morris was a member of First Baptist Church Powder Springs, Powder Springs Senior Citizens Center, 20 year member Powder Springs Kiwanis and attended Tech High School of Atlanta and retired from Clark Equipment Co. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Blanche Morris of Powder Springs, 1 daughter, Carol Lynn Morris of Dallas and 1 son, Philip and Julie Morris of Hiram; 3 grandchildren Malisa and Matthew Earnest and Katie Morris; 1 great grandchild, Dalton Earnest. Bellamy Funeral Home, Powder Springs in charge of arrangements.
