Harriett M. Yaap, 85 of Marietta passed away April 20, 2010. Mrs. Yaap was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Yaap was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Warren E. Yaap and her brother, Robert McCaw. She is survived by her children, Robert Yaap, Susie Kittle, Hank Yaap, Karen Yaap and Jeri Muller, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 1pm in the chapel of Roswell Funeral Home, Rev. Gene Locke officiating, with interment to follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
