Mr. Aloysius "Al" Blue age 84 of Powder Springs passed away April 10, 2010 surrounded by family. Al was born in Washington, DC on November 22, 1925 and moved to Georgia in 1957. He worked as an accountant for Georgia Marble 36 years before his retirement. He was a Veteran of the US Navy serving during WW2. Survived by his wife Jeanette Ellerbee Blue; Daughter Leslie Blue both of Powder Springs. Brother in law Bill Atkins and his wife Jennifer of Smyrna; Brother in law Carlton Gill and his wife Shirley of Powder Springs and many other loving family members. Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Rev. Snyder Turner officiating. Interment at Kennesaw Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6 till 8 Monday at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw (770) 422-7299.
