Among friends in the a home filled with love and encouragement, the bigger emphasis of the evening was the Jordans' desire to raise awareness about diabetes, a disease that kills more people every year than AIDS or breast cancer combined.

Members of the Walton High School Drama Club performed George and Ira Gershwin's extravaganza, "Crazy for You," last weekend. The Tony Award-winner for best musical in 1992 with its memorable Gershwin tunes including "I Got Rhythm," "Someone to Watch Over Me," "Embraceable You" and "They Can't Take That Away from Me" won't be forgotten by audiences lucky enough to have seen it.
