Kenneth Butler, 67 of Woodstock passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 after a brief illness. The family would like to invite everyone to a Celebration of Ken's Life on Thursday, March 4th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Shillings on the Square, 19 North Park Square in Marietta. Mr. Butler was born and raised in Dallas, Georgia. He worked at Lockheed in the early years and helped start Butler Brother's Tire Company in the 70's. He finished off his career at Lowe's. Ken's interests were NASCAR, fishing and Georgia Tech; which he enjoyed with all his family and friends. Mr. Butler was preceded in death by his parents, Mary & Joe Butler, brothers, Alfred, Herb and Joe Butler. Mr. Butler is survived by his fianc , Rusti Harrison; children, Kim & Ted Crowder, Mandy & Dave Kelley, Cyndi & Marshall Brooks, Jimmy & Ty Ramsey, Kelli & Garret Hartley; sisters & sons-in-law, Doris & Frank Andrews and Bonnie & Jimmy Pate all of Dallas; brothers and sisters-in-law, L. D. & Barbara Butler of Marietta and Tommy & Neil Butler of SC; nine grandchildren; one great granddaughter; 20 nieces & nephews.
