Man charged with murder after abused 2-year-old niece dies

MARIETTA - A man accused of severely abusing his 2-year-old niece while baby-sitting her on Friday has been charged with murder since the girl was pronounced dead Monday afternoon.

Humberto Hernandez-Pineda, 27, of Marietta, is also charged with first degree cruelty to children and aggravated battery. Hernandez-Pineda is accused of causing severe head trauma among other injuries to his niece, Isabelle Cordero, which led to her death.

According to investigators, Marietta police officers arrived at an apartment at 1034 Franklin Road at 11:57 p.m. Friday after receiving a person injured call. While at the apartment, the police discovered that Cordero was suffering from a life-threatening head injury and was rushed to the hospital.

When Hernandez-Pineda's first arrest warrant was issued Saturday, Cordero was on life support and medical staff said they did not expect her to live.

According to that warrant, Hernandez-Pineda punched the girl in the stomach, hit her on both arms with a fishing pole, hit her on the back with a belt and hit her across the face, which then caused her to fall to the ground and strike her head on the floor, among other attacks.

Hernandez-Pineda's arrest warrant for the murder charge was issued Wednesday. He has been held without bail since Saturday. According to his booking report, Hernandez-Pineda is suspected to be an illegal immigrant.

My Sioux ancestors had it right- Stake them out on a red ant hill to teach them a lesson and send a message to the rest of the criminal aliens, as well.

The above reported murder is not tne first event of this kind in North Georgia. Remember the 9 year old Roswell boy that was murdered by an illegal alien shortly after his relaese from a Georgia prison. That boy died because Sonny Purdue would not order the Prison system to turn over criminal aliens to the Feds for deportation when their sentence was completed.

That one is on Sonny Boy. The rest are on Billy Clinton, Georgie Buuuush, and now, the illegitimate president- Barrak O'bummma.

What you're failing to grasp is that this horrible crime was completely preventable had our government done it's job and kept this illegal alien out of this country in the first place. So the fact that he is an illegal alien IS a relevant point to bring up when discussing this crime. Also, the fact that many Americans commit crimes like this is even more reason that we need to keep illegal alien baby killers from entering this country. We have enough home grown criminals to deal with. We don't need to be "importing" criminals from other countries.

Illegal immigration is killing us. Note how this horrific story seems so familiar? It is because we see it so often: I am shocked that the MDJ headline writer didn't say "IMMIGRANT" charged - but illegal aliens are only "immigrants" when they aren't in the line up/mugshot.

The man that did this may be an illegal alien but my niece Isabella was not. Her father Aaron is an american who was born and raised here in Georgia and so was Isabella. If you can look past the fact that the murderer is mexican you will realize that he is still a monster and where he was born didnt make him that way.

Our family is crushed at the lose of our beloved Isabella. We will miss her forever!!!!!!

The issue here is not that the abuser may or may not be an illegal alien, it's that a helpless innocent child lost it's life and the abuser no matter what ethnicity is pure evil. So the answer is to have the attitude to turn our backs, " just as long as it is not happening on our soil" who cares? This child and it's famiy deserves to have justice served. Which is more evil the one who commited this horrific crime or the one who turns the other way as if this child deserved this to happen because they may not be "AMERICAN".

I think it is so sad that a baby died and all you can think about is the him being illegal. There are alot of cases that alot of US Citizens hurt there chidren, kill there children, and do alot of other hateful things but hey they were born here so where can we send them.
