Harold A. Blasingame, 64, of Kennesaw died Tuesday December 15, 2009. A memorial service will be held Saturday December 26, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Acworth United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Butler officiating. Mr. Blasingame was a lifelong resident of the Acworth area. He was a 1964 graduate of North Cobb High School and earned his Batchelor's degree in Business from Georgia State University. He attended Acworth United Methodist Church and was the Vice President of Acworth Florist. He was a member of Acworth Lodge #176 F&AM and was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason Valley of Atlanta; Yaarab Shrine Temple Atlanta and Kennesaw Mountain Shrine Club. Also, he was a member of the Kenworth Golden K Kiwanis. Survivors include his wife, Jamie Blasingame, Kennesaw; daughter, Paige Pittman, Athens; sons, Mitch Blasingame, Atlanta, Bo Blasingame, Cartersville and Hal Blasingame, Marietta; sister, Barbara Bryant, Dallas; granddaughter, Mary Quinn Blasingame.
