Mrs. Charlotte Reid Gardner, 81 of Austell died Thursday, October 29, 2009. She was a loyal member and Sunday School Teacher at First Baptist Church of Austell for 44 years and retired from Austell Box Board. Survivors include 5 children, Russ Gardner, Jr of Dallas, Dona Huggins of Marietta, Reid Gardner of Bremen, Christie Chandler of Dallas and Elaine Brock of Austell; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sister, Clyde Brown and brother Stewart Reid both of Austell. Funeral Services will be held Sunday 4:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Austell with Rev. David O'Dell officiating. Interment in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-8 pm at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory, Austell. Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Austell.
