Mr. James Dorsey Prince, age 91, died Thursday, October 15, 2009. He retired from Sears, was a WWII Veteran and a member of South Cobb Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Marvolene Prince; Sons, Jerome Prince of Owens Cross Roads, AL, and Frank Prince of Alpharetta; five grandchildren, Debbie Prince Long of Duluth, Becky Prince Conrad of Owens Cross Roads, AL, Amy Prince Springsteen of Denver, CO, Emily Prince Collins of Duluth, Laurie Caroline Prince of Alpharetta; and eight great grandchildren. Mr. Prince will lie in state at South Cobb Church of Christ on Saturday, October 17th, 3:00 PM, with services beginning at 4:00 PM, Pastor Thomas Tidwell officiating. Interment will be in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
