Marvine B. Moody, age 80, of Cobb County died Thursday, September 24, 2009. A long time resident of Cobb County, she was a member of Unity Baptist Church of Austell and was one of eleven children. Survivors include daughter, Core Lee McCoy of Acworth; son, Jimmy Moody of Woodstock; brothers, Guy Brown of Marietta, Glen Brown of Jackson, Harold Brown; sister, Mildred Morris of Dallas; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held today at 3pm at Victory Baptist Church in Marietta, 1400 Mimosa Dr., Marietta, GA 30080, with Pastors Larry Ritch and David Chaffin officiating.
