Mrs. Anitria Redd, age 50, of Douglasville, GA passed away suddenly Monday, September 14, 2009. She was born February 22, 1959 in Marietta, GA. She was preceded in death by her in-laws, Rev. Joe M. Redd and Mrs. Agnes Redd. Mrs. Redd was the Pre-school Director and a former teacher at Midway Christian Academy, previously a Pre-school Minister at Central Baptist Church, and also a teacher at other area Christian pre-schools. She was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Redd; son, Chris Redd; daughter, Hannah Redd; parents, Brooks and Evelyn Butterworth; as well as a host of friends and former students. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. The funeral service will be Thursday, September 17, 2009, 1:00 PM at Ephesus Baptist Church with Dr. Billy Godwin and Rev. Clifton C. Duvall officiating.
