Harry Norman, Realtors Cobb Marietta Office will host free home buyer classes on Saturday at 9:45 a.m., Sept. 17 at 6:45 p.m. and Sept. 20 at 1:45 p.m. The classes will take place at 776 Whitlock Ave. in Marietta.

Topics will include buying foreclosures, short sales and HUD homes as well as the available $8,000 Federal Tax Credit for First Time Home-Buyers and the Georgia Tax Credit of up to $1,800. The presentation will incorporate experienced Realtor associates, closing attorneys, insurance representatives and tax advisors who will cover the home buying process including loan qualification and financing options, the closing procedure and insurance requirements.
