Lanie Angel pitched a complete game, helping Kell to a 9-4 win over Sequoyah on Wednesday.

Caroline Sarris was 2-for-2, while Abby Glass went 2-for-4 with a double.

Kell (5-2, 5-2 Region 7AAAAA) will travel to Brunswick this weekend for the Softball in the Sand Tournament.

Lassiter 7, Milton 0: Lassiter remained undefeated on the season, following the Region 5AAAAAA shutout at home.

Brianna Michaud (4-0) pitched the complete game, giving up four hits while striking out 10. She also had a triple and an RBI.

Emily Syvarth batted 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Lady Trojans (10-0, 2-0), who produced 10 hits. Sally Swan was 2-for-3 with a RBI, while Catherine Pizza went 1-for-3 with two RBIs. Kelly Sinclair also tripled.

Lassiter will be off until it travels to Etowah next Thursday.

Harrison 2, North Paulding 1: Lauren Kessler’s two-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning was all the Lady Hoyas needed.

With two outs in the inning, Lindley Bruce singled and later came in on Kessler’s homer.

Emily Kachel pitched a complete-game two-hitter and struck out nine.

Maddie Davenport added a hit for Harrison (12-1, 4-0 Region 4AAAAAA), which will travel to North Cobb today.
