Fortress Builders announced that it now has a variety of move-in ready homes available at two new Cobb County communities — Church Hill and Bruster Manor.

Bruster Manor, located off of Macland Road in west Cobb, is a small enclave of 12 single-family homes on large, three-quarter acre home sites. Features include hardwood flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile backsplashes and stained cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen and large backyards.

The Bruster Manor is currently in close out phase, meaning just one move-in ready home is available. The Cambridge floor plan, located on home site 12, is priced at $241,900 and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition to this move-in ready home, there are two new basement home sites currently under construction that will feature the Jackson and Easley plans.

Children in Bruster Manor will attend Varner Elementary, Tapp Middle and McEachern High.

The Church Hill community, located near Acworth, is also a small enclave of 12 classic brick homes. Features include gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and upgraded cabinetry, as well as spacious backyards.

There are currently three basement homes now available at Church Hill:

  • Harper B on home site 12 which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, priced at $374,900;
  • n River Birch on home site 3 which features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, priced at $369,900; and
  • n Jackson on home site 2 which features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, priced at $359,900.

Currently, buyers can take advantage of a special incentive when purchasing one of these homes. They will receive $5,000 toward closing costs, free blinds and a refrigerator when using a preferred lender and closing before Aug. 31.

Children in Church Hill will attend Lewis Elementary, McClure Middle and Allatoona High.
