Cobb County builder Traton Homes announced that its popular Lochshire community on the Cobb County-Cherokee County line has just one home left in the current phase of single-family homes.

The builder also has announced that it will offer a new phase this fall. The phase will offer single-family homes priced from the mid-$200s. Amenities Include a pool with water feature and cabana, tot lot playground, two lighted tennis courts and sidewalks throughout.

Children in the community will attend the Cherokee County School District’s Clark Creek Elementary, E.T. Booth Middle and Etowah High schools.
