KENNESAW — Cobb police are investigating a fatal wreck that took place early Sunday morning on Interstate 75 in Kennesaw.

Investigators say a white 2004 Nissan Titan truck was traveling northbound on I-75 when it left the interstate just north of Barrett Parkway. Police do not know what caused the driver to veer off the road.

The truck collided with a guardrail and large pole before overturning down an embankment, according to Sgt. Dana Pierce. No other vehicles were involved.

“When officers arrived, they located the body of a deceased male, unrestrained and partially ejected,” Pierce said.

The man has been identified as 46-year-old Troy B. Endres of Acworth.

Anyone with information about the wreck is asked to call (770) 499-3987.
