Synagogue, school plan open house at new location

Reform Jewish Congregation Ner Tamid Synagogue and Religious School is finally moving in to its first permanent location in Marietta

Visitors can enjoy rugelach, cookies, coffee and more at an Open House on Aug. 10 from 10 a.m. to noon at 1349 Old Hwy 41, Suite 220, Marietta. Visitors will learn about Reform Jewish Congregation Ner Tamid, which since 2006 has met in various Cobb County locations. Weekly Religious School classes begin on Aug. 17 with PreK to grade 12, including Hebrew in the upper grades, confirmation, B’nai Mitzvah, and High Holy Day Services that begin Sept. 24 at 7 p.m.
