Just Wondering if...

Just wondering if John Loud will recuse himself from the bidding process? Doubtful to say the least.

Why should he? Last I heard who ever meets qualifications may bid. I hope he gets everything he bids. Lowest responsive bidder will be awarded contracts, makes no difference who you are. In case you do not know it there are bid laws that everyone must adhere too. John Loud may bid for whatever he chooses. I figure you must be a liberal Democrat!! Or possibly a Yankee that thinks they know everything.
